Aronia berry Kephir Smoothie

Ingredients:

- 1 ripe banana

- 1 handful of aronia berries

- 1 cup kephir

- add either honey or agave (to sweeten)

- a squeeze of lemon juice (to taste)

Directions: Place banana chunks, berries with the kephir into a blender then blend until smooth and frothy.     Yields: 1 servings
